Your clients plan their days in Actual and record what really happened. With their say-so, you get a one-page summary of each week before you meet: what they planned, what got done, what slipped, and why.
The coach plan opens to everyone in December. Founding coaches start now.
Sam's week: booked time done, day by day.
Actual keeps a record of the plan and of what happened instead. Each week, the client's own device turns that into a short summary and sends it to you.
For coaches. Actual isn't designed for or offered as a health service, and has no place to record health information. See the coach terms.
You and up to 7 clients. Each client after that is $2 a month. Add places whenever you need them.
Before the public launch, a small group of coaches is trying Actual with their clients and telling me what would make it genuinely useful in their practice. In return:
Write to me and I'll set you up by hand. Tell me a little about your practice and how many clients you'd like to try it with.
Ask to be a founding coachCaleb Ward, founder. Extra places beyond the first 7 are $2 a month each from the start. The founding-coach terms.
They use Actual on the web, on Android or as an installed app on their computer. You send them an invite link from your clients page; they open it, choose what to share, and that's it.
One coach at a time. A client can stop sharing with you and start with someone else whenever they like.
Once a week, after the client does their weekly review, or whenever they press "Send it now". If one hasn't arrived in over a week, the client shows as quiet on your page.
Your private notes are yours and go with the client's link: when a client stops sharing, their summaries and your notes about them are removed.
Yes. The coach plan includes your own Actual, with everything in it.
